Sushi Roku at Caesars Forum Shoppes
L.A.'s wildly popular Sushi Roku is now in the newly expanded Caesars Forum Shops on the Las Vegas Strip. With it's critically acclaimed Modern Japanese fare and Zen-like atmosphere, Sushi Roku is a favorite among both locals and visitors.
The main dining room seats 135 with floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the Las Vegas Strip. The restaurant décor uses textured bamboo and stone along with decorative lanterns to bring out the contemporary look. Their menu features an assortment of fresh sushi and sashimi from Japan as well as traditional home-made dishes like "Ohitashi" chilled spinach with bonito flakes and “Hiyayakko" silk tofu with scallions. AngeLiKa favorites include seaweed salad with ginger vinaigrette, miso-glazed Chilean Sea Bass, and a must-try Crispy Rice cake topped with Spicy Tuna. The tuna is flavorful and goes perfectly well with the crispy rice cake below fried to a golden brown.
